Welcome to www.proknots.net ("ProKnots", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About Us

ProKnots is a Bengaluru-based business making handmade macramé swings, wall hangings, chandeliers and home décor. GSTIN: 29ABBFP7001Q1ZU.

2. Products

• All our products are handmade. Small variations in colour, size, knotting and weave are natural and are not defects.
• Product photos are for reference. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
• Weight capacities stated on product pages must be followed. Swings must be installed on a strong ceiling, beam or stand, using suitable hardware, by a competent person. ProKnots is not responsible for injury or damage caused by improper installation, overloading or misuse.
• Children should use swings only under adult supervision.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
• We accept Credit and Debit Cards, UPI and Netbanking through Cashfree, and Cash on Delivery.
• We may change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

4. Orders

• Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
• For custom orders, please check sizes, colours and other details carefully before confirming, as custom products are made to your specifications.

5. Shipping, Cancellations and Returns

Delivery times, courier details and shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, damage claims, returns and refunds are covered in our Refund and Returns Policy. In short, damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, photos, videos, text and the ProKnots name and logo, belongs to ProKnots. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting unauthorised access, posting unlawful or offensive content in reviews or comments, or interfering with its operation. We may remove reviews or comments that are inappropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ProKnots' total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only to process and deliver your orders, provide support and, with your consent, send you updates. Please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
