Once dispatched, delivery usually takes a few more days depending on your location.

We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

We ship through Delhivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

If you have a deadline, please order early to allow for unexpected delays. Delays can occur due to bad weather, holidays, courier issues or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct and complete. ProKnots is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address. No refunds are issued for shipments refused at delivery or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
