Return & Exchange Policy

At ProKnots, every product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you in excellent condition. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged products, subject to the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 10 days of delivery

• The product must be unused

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging

• Clear proof of defect (photos/videos) must be shared with us

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used products

• Customised or made-to-order products (unless defective)

• Minor variations in colour, size, or weave due to the handmade nature of our products

Please wait for approval before shipping the product back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by us.

Once approved, you may choose:

• A replacement (subject to availability), or

• A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping Charges

If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage, ProKnots will guide you regarding the return shipping process.

In other approved cases (if applicable), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Important Information

Since our products are handcrafted, slight variations are natural and not considered defects.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the stated conditions.

ProKnots’ decision regarding product condition upon inspection shall be final.

To maintain cotton macrame products, gently shake off dust or use a soft brush for regular cleaning. Usually, dust doesn't settle heavily if the item is mildly dusted and maintained frequently. Avoid washing, especially colored products, to prevent fading or bleeding. Use a wet tissue or similar to clean and allow the item to dry naturally. Keep macrame items away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading, and store in a dry, cool place to avoid moisture damage.
