Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged products, subject to the following conditions:
The return request must be made within 10 days of delivery
The product must be unused
The product must be in its original condition and packaging
Clear proof of defect (photos/videos) must be shared with us
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used products
Customised or made-to-order products (unless defective)
Minor variations in colour, size, or weave due to the handmade nature of our products

Mention your Order Number
Attach clear photos/videos showing the defect
Please wait for approval before shipping the product back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by us.
Once approved, you may choose:
A replacement (subject to availability), or
A refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping Charges
If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage, ProKnots will guide you regarding return shipping.
In any other approved case (if applicable), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
Important Information
Since our products are handcrafted, slight variations are natural and not considered defects.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
ProKnots’ decision regarding product condition upon inspection shall be final.
